I irrationally love this artifact from before things went all grayscale. I love the steering wheel, all shiny green and fake wood. The whole interior really evokes something much older, which makes sense for the Mercury demographic.

It’d have to be about $5k “jeeper” for me to consider it

I legit completely forgot this car was a thing until just now.

The middle one is actually an orange juicer.

This is a system the dealerships created. It’s not the customer’s fault you don’t make much money when they get the best deal. If you don’t want to sell them a car at a certain price you have the choice not to. Just like the customer has the choice to take a better offer elsewhere.

Dammit, take your star and get out.

That’s what happens when someone forgets to lock the dieselgate.

I prefer to own cars that are more than just a rolling Check Engine Light.

At what point when you’re driving around with no roof, no doors, no windscreen etc... do you stop and think to yourself... “y’know, this would have been a whole lot cheaper if I just bought a motorcycle instead.”

That’s not the Beast...

Did you really miss the joke? Wow...

I know hindsight is 20/20, but that seems pretty fucked up to just bail and not try to help the guy. If the car is barely moving in heavy traffic then you should have plenty of time to reach up and pull the parking brake, or put the car in neutral, or turn the damn thing off.

Thats a lot of money to drive a Fiat 500 loaner most of the year.

It looks like it hit some Chrysler 200s, that could cause tens of dollars worth of damage.

...there was some debris on the road and the driver lost traction.

A Grand Cherokee with a Hellcat engine?
