If anything, the opposite is true, induction stoves cannot heat up unless there is a pan present because of the way the technology works.

Induction is not slower to heat, all of the power goes into the pan base. My stove boils water in under 3 min at 200 feet above sea level.

Disagree. I had an induction stove in my last house and it was FAR superior to any gas stove I’ve ever used. There is a learning curve to it, but once I got the hang of it going back to gas was AWFUL when I moved.

They don’t need any permission. AI art engines generate brand new images. Every last pixel is brand new. They are only “trained on” other art images. It’s morally identical to you thinking about other paintings with your brain and then painting something new inspired by what you thought about.

How is this any less ethical than me looking at all those artists’ work, then creating an entirely derivative, but still unique, work of my own for solely commercial reasons and with no artistic intent beyond selling the works? Neither credits the original artists whose work was the source of the derived work, nor ads…
