It’s perfectly relevant. I won’t be concerned until they eliminate the ad-free tier. As long as you can pay to remove all ads, Hulu and Netflix will remain far superior to standard cable. Until then, it’s a major plus for all parties involved for them to offer a variety of options, including ad-subsidized versions.
