I wouldn’t really consider Visualbee as free, as it requires to pay to remove Visualbee logos from your slides.

For business presentations, the tool to use is Power-user since it provides just everything you can possibly need: templates, icons, maps, diagrams, pictures, special charts and so on. It’s a huge time saver for formatting as well, both on PowerPoint and on Excel. http://www.powerusersoftwares.com

For PowerPoint and Excel I use Power-user, which is amazing and free for students and academics (http://www.powerusersoftwares.com).
There also is the Date Picker in Excel that I like
