The Model 3 just needs to remove the edge that makes it look like it should have a grill.
Smooth that out so the front just slopes down to the ground and it will look much more sporty, while only loosing very minimal (if any) cargo room.

Oh I considered that, and ultimately decided I didn’t want to risk all those production costs on a nose that seems likely to change before the first “real” one rolls off the line nearly 2 years from now.

This is just silly enough that it might actually work in real life! Especially if you get the no-residue sticky-backing and have the easy-on, easy-off application process. Not even joking here.
