Wildly? I can’t think of any competitor that’s much if at all cheaper with the same options. Multi room play isn’t Sonos’ main selling point. Sound quality from using Wi-Fi instead of BT and their app along with their API is incredibly easy to use.

Everyone that ordered an apple device got a year free.
The mpgs were only in the 30s. That’s shitty for a hybrid coupe.
Sure, but once you realize most drivers rarely if ever take the top and doors off and like to be able to hear inside their vehicle you realize how much nicer nearly every other SUV/small truck works.
I feel like headlines that are sarcastic should have a tag of some sort.
Lithium is a salt and mining for it is nearly identical in method and environmental impact that mining for any salt would be. Lithium is in salt lakes and barren deserts and has a lower environmental footprint by kg than steel, plastics, or rubber. But it looks dirty so it will get a lot of focus. cobalt and nickel on…
Sweet. A camera in the shower with no user control of the security. Nothing bad will happen with that.

I’d be more interested if it could run as a monitor or as a large iOS device. If it was wall mounted and I could use as my family/business organizer that would be great.
Hands down it’s following too close behind distracted driving. You can correct for a lot of mistakes if you leave 3-5 seconds of space between you and the next guy. Also just because you stopped at a light doesn’t mean others will. Leave at least a cars distance at all slow downs and stops. A collision is the space…
That’s not the same thing as a company doing a mass broadcast that includes libel.
The U1 is just using the IEEE UWB standard from what I understand of their FCC filings. Any chip can license the tech. Only question is what Apple added to make it work with their stuff.
But why would you do that since Apple partners with Chiplolo for any type of tag you could want? The only difference is that it says Chipolo.
I like this guys priorities. 2 fast cars and a home with aluminum siding.
We have proof it doesn’t hurt your eyes. The way smart glasses and other headborn displays and even aircraft HUD is to work is to make the light rays come into your eyes exactly like they would at a distance. For instance for the helmets fighter pilots wear the focal distance is ~8 m. So the image “floats” 8 meters…
I can’t be the only one that reads this and thinks she should just use a car share service. Getaround and Zipcar were every other block in that town last time I was there.
Well these cameras don’t have to be mounted on out board wings like this and once they aren’t you don’t have to worry about broken mirrors which I’ve seen plenty of.
That’s a difference between gas and electric. In gas cars they know the car will only last so long due to the engine and transmission failing. In electric cars that failure rate is so low that there is no reason that the average age of cars on the road wouldn’t increase by a few more years and repair of minor issues…
Here’s that cars history.
As an aircraft engineer I’d have to disagree.
Your system is still a redundancy system but now has codependent redundancy systems working together which are very unlikely to function better than an entirely internal redundancy system. Simple markers on the road with a second set of cameras would work as well or better…
This seems like it would be true but it isn’t.
Modern power windows are cheaper to manufacture than manual windows and are more durable for several reasons but mainly due to knowing the forces being put on them, E.G. you never over crank a power window. power auto-locks and windows are a mandated safety feature in…
