I never heard of Stone Fruit until a couple weeks ago when it was in one of our Blue Apron salad recipes. I think it’s something people just made up recently... That being said, they’re delicious.

I don’t have that much experience with Windows 8/10 yet, so I don’t know how the new OS affects things, but 16gb has been the sweet spot for a long time for me. I’ve felt the lag on 8gb machines. That being said, if you’re not creating anything, anything above 16gb I think would definitely be overkill.
