The reason that people are not as enthusiastic about Clinton as they were with Obama is because there just isn’t enough to be enthusiastic about. You can’t expect people to carry over the same level of enthusiasm nominee after nominee. That would actually be a frightening thing as you could have a complete fucking

It’s not like a person that’s Republican would’ve voted for Bernie or Hillary anyway. So I don’t understand how Bernie or Hillary supporters disparaging the other characters affects the Democratic party.

Again, I can’t follow this line of reasoning. They would swing their support from Rand Paul to Bernie fucking Sanders? The only similarity between those two is what’s hanging between their legs.

If they just like having an excuse for hating women, they would support a socialist Jew? Somehow that doesn’t add up for me.

If it’s as you say then these people probably wouldn’t have voted anyway. If someone’s political awakening is tied to one candidate, and this candidate is not nominated, it’s probably not a loss of votes for the party as a whole.

I’m having a hard time reaching the same conclusions as you do. The idea that the concept of gender was set up to place men higher in a hierarchy than women requires awareness of such concepts since the beginning of humanity, which is just preposterous. You’d have to convince me that the earliest humans who noticed

Actually you don’t have the right to not be offended. What a fucked up world that would be as some people are offended by the slightest things.

Hockey is infinitely harder (and far more expensive) to play as a child. I’m Canadian and I spent a lot more time playing pickup baseball or even just plain catch than I spent playing road hockey which is a travesty of a compromise.

If you think ISIS is just a bunch of goat herders you are grossly uninformed about their capabilities. Their fighters may be simple but their leadership is essentially Baathists who are very well informed in asymmetrical warfare.

I highly approve of this post.

I think the reason why the negatives gain more attention is that they tend to affect those outside of the evangelical community, often spanning multiple levels of government, while the positives remain largely within the immediate community.

Or you can, you know, put the player the other way on the stretcher? So that the feet are pointing in the direction of the way they will go?

Yeah I have no idea why Deadspin classified this as a blindside hit. Lockette had time to see it and react to it, which is why he instinctively lowered his head before impact. Unfortunately it’s the same instinct that led to this horrific injury.

I think the one thing we can all safely assume is that none of us know what really happened aside from the two parties. Claiming full knowledge of the situation when having no first hand evidence is a dangerous thing to engage in. Frenzied mob mentality only serves those who live in Salem centuries ago.

The irony in complaining about racism when you have Mick in your screen name.
