I know exactly what you're talking about, and that whole time I was thinking, "These kids have to be traumatized or something, right?" But no, they describe the scene like it was cool later on…

To be fair, they don't know that. And I can confess in college, calling every guy a man or girl a woman is a bit weird, since I feel like you aren't a real adult until you're out of school and/or 23+. It's this weird stage where people still say, "young man, can you help move this piece of furniture?" And that's what

The key is always expectations! But it was a bit cheesy, and I hate that it was the first episode my grandpa watched, who then declared it "not worth my time." I actually think Season 2 was a bit better, especially towards the end, but we will see where it goes from here!

I think you'll be heartened to here then, that in my generation there is a backlash. People who are more moderate do tend to be quieter, but I really think there's been a boiling point here.

Spinelessness. Most liberals I know in my generation generally are not fans of the PC crowd… Had a big get together with old high school friends recently and even the most sympathetic person to PC culture thought things were going to far and complained about specific incidents.

I didn't use to think people like those in this episode existed except in some dark corner of their basement, even after attending college, because I didn't see anyone like that.

Are you joking? Please tell me you're joking…

I lean towards that view too… I just like to be nuanced at times. People like to point out the dangers of surgery, but childbirth is not exactly the easiest or safest process to go through… I know my aunt had a lot of trouble!

Yeah, as someone born by C-section by medical necessity, that scene made me very uncomfortable. And unlike other people here, it sort of did ruin that scene for me. It was beautiful cinema but that was to much. But then again, that's because it was personal.

Eh, I was afraid someone would react like this! Sometimes a C-section is unavoidable. It was for me… And then unfortunately, it becomes risky to do anything but a C-section.

May plays her cards so close to her chest, and has lied / misled so convincingly in the past I simply think she's bluffing.

I loved James Bond AND Austin Powers. That's not that hard to understand, is it??? That's utterly inane and a complete misunderstanding of the "make fun of other movies" genre.
