Wow. Just wow. For an animated show that is aimed for kids, it's incredibly amazing to see this show is written like prestige dramas. We are blessed with Rebecca, she is an awesome creator, full of great ideas that seem so relatable, realistic, complex and above all, human.

Yes, and you could also mention the marriage scene in the last episode, where they were spiritually united and then, in this episode, their union breaks apart by very different emotional breakdowns inside their minds. Very interesting contrast.

Fargo is just amazing. The soundtrack to this episode was a total beast (that Tuvan throat singing track when Gloria enters pop's house!) And I noticed some strong similarities with Wes Anderson's films (something I had noticed in s. 2). Especially regarding the exquisite orchestral compositions, the deadpan humor,

They still have Tatiana there, have they forgotten about her?

So far, all these ratings have been all so wrong, but okay, it's okay.

Steven Universe is simply the best animated tv series right now. It has slowly grown, from just an animated series to a complex, dramatic, mature and amazing piece of work with great lore, storylines and incredible character development. I can't wait to see what Rebecca has in store for us.

Zhang Yimou is a one of a kind director with multiple skills, from creating beautiful art films (To Live or Raise the Red Lantern, and even last year Coming Home) to rubbish blockbuster trash (this one or The Flowers of War).

That rating is a fookin joke.
