Not sure he’s in the best shape, though. By the time he got to the top of the hill he looked like he was out of steam.
No, they don’t, but clearly this cop’s decision making was on the right track.
This is the kind of thing they don’t train you for in the academy.
The only reason I can see for wanting one is that Apple charges a premium for storage, even top quality flash memory is pretty much free these days so I’d rather buy the 64gb phone and slap a 500gb card in it than buy the big phone. Alternatively one could also back up their phone to their computer and delete those…
Smart dad, he probably also told you to always keep a digital tire pressure gauge and to make sure the rear wheels tire pressure, never differed by more than 1.5 psi.
No gripe, just pointing out the fine print.
So he built a Ridgeline?
the problem showed up in 4 sports, according the the local paper. those street are about a mile apart, and no problems were reported in between.
For the same reason most people on this site don’t drive around in old Camrys or take the bus.
He clearly was running an RF power amp on this... normally the fobs are a few milliWatts, not WATTS.
Ford isn’t much better
It’s a CRV. The driver most likely never even saw the cop, or the train, or anything else.
Cops dont really care about that in Illinois. I’ve passed them doing 5 over. They don’t even get behind me to follow.
Where I grew up in Ohio there was stuff like that all over. The tallest (only) hill in town was made out of old casting sand and reject sparkplugs from the Autolite plant. Hell we used to play in an old Cummins factory until they tore it down.
Awfully close to the tracks on that map... Maybe an old forgotten about derailment? Since there’s usually water there they were just left for dead?
I’ll bet they literally fell of the back of a truck. Mid winter, snow covered and were never seen again.
Buttery smooth shifting soil, though
According to building permit applications, GM could never get approval to build a new plant on the site because of all the shifting soil.
