Perhaps not the most talented of actors but the man is a fucking treasure. Seriously, he must be one of the most genuinely humble and kind movie stars out there. Totally a fan girl but doesn’t change the facts - dude does good deeds and treats people well.

The Longest Day is on TCM today. If you’ve never watched this stunning war movie, now is the time.

Historical photo. Those aren’t rusty yet.

She’s certainly my pick for President at the moment.

She keeps getting better! Abortion is a medical procedure between a woman and her doctor. Full stop. Anything less is unacceptable.

I’ll be in the minority on this, but I think the giant rear wing was silly. Functional or not, leave the boy-racer stuff off a Jaguar. It’s like when you see someone in their 50's still dressing like a teen kid. Fine for a kid. but makes an adult look foolish.

Another auto-only computer on wheels that looks bloated AF (and probably is). I mean, sure it has 600HP but it’s probably well north of 4000 lbs! And it’s a 2 door coupe!!

Jesus take  Tweel

True, but we have elected politicians who want to use it as a measure..of punishment.

Never forget their sacrifice

Thank you for your (customer) service!  3 stars.

It’s really amazing the difference between owning olde crockes pre and post Internet. I bought my Spitfire at the very dawn of the Internet era - back then there was just an e-mail list, and the cars weren’t as old as NA Miatas are now. Today, anything you could possibly want to do to it is out there in pictorial and

This is a great point. Even with my X, I can hit the internet and find an entire cohort that’s had, and resolved, whatever problem I’m having. And to that point, later part revisions to fix problems invariably supersede old part numbers and make the cars that much better.

It will almost certainly be far more reliable than it was new. It’s like my Spitfire - all the original crappy bits have broken and been replaced, and all the faults and fixes for them are well known at this point.

Speaking of crack pipe. Both are known for bad wiring.

This woman is clearly very economically anxious.

I disagree. Ferrari has lost any/all sense of class that it had along the way. Across the board it’s the Camaro with a body kit of $200k cars.

I just can’t really get excited about this. I’m not sure what. Maybe all the latest Ferrari’s seem to be the same car in a different suit and with a different tune? Maybe it’s just that it’s a Ferrari. Maybe I just don’t get excited about super expensive cars that don’t seem to really push any boundaries? Not sure,
