Comments on the SI site are gold...and comparisons between Gawker and SI is kinda unfair.

plus the naked girl on the motorbike. Don't forget about that.

This is where the dreams are exhausted. So many dreams.

Mel Farr Superstar!

And he can fly either! (or whatever his great commercials used to say!).

Gotta say this car still looks pretty modern. I mean it is just short jump to a Veyron.

Bertone was the man. Looks a lot better than the Diablo in the background!

Immediately knew this was in AZ. Had to check and it was all filmed in Tucson including Sabino Canyon and Mt Lemmon road and of course the boneyard seen here.

was looking for a picture of that japanese supercar that looked all spaceshipy and ran across the Citroen Karin.

I was going to say that I bet that 50-jump was hard on his spine. What with the frame on earth action.

This!

had similar when I was a youth a 74 CJ with a 304, 3 speed and steel hardtop and doors. Built up with a couple of go fast motor pieces and 33" BFG mudders on steelies it was a great get stuck machine. And get stuck it did. Simple and fun, no electronics and all fun! Wish I still had it.

I think this is less about the headset and more about moving his feet off the pedals. Once he changed his COG then his bike found a nice resonance and off he went. Had the same thing happen to me on a noodly Ti road bike at 45mph. Scary as hell but I was lucky to not go down.

There is also the nearby Pima Air and Space Museum which among other amazing planes has a SR-71 in a hanger. Bonus: B-52's, Cruise missiles and some version of the Super Guppy.

I enjoyed this more than Gymkhana 6. Is that wrong?

couldn't you argue pretty much every car name is a misnomer:

The aspect ratio of this video makes me think we are watching some mid 80's bertone spec race. Everything is long, flat and wide looking.

Thanks for the info! It was my first foray into DE razors so I didn't want to shell out too much to test the waters but considering my experiences I wish I had bought something more Henkels level, just for the knowledge that it was a great blade.

I recently upgraded from a multiple blade cartridge thingy I got in the mail millenia ago to a Merkur Long handle as pictured above. Equipped with Astra Blades there is really no difference in the shaving experience. I get a nice close clean shave from the Merkur, it takes about the same amount of passes to get all

I remember a similar thing happening back at a SCCA autocross here in tucson in the 90's. Guy was going for it in the camaro and all of a sudden both t-tops just popped out of the car and shattered on the ground. It was an epic noise and shut down driving for quite awhile as we cleaned up the mess on the racing

Edit: Not directed at you JWW.
