After looking at this series of photos is this possibly a situation where a mechanical failure killed both occupants or something possibly penetrating the cabin when they veered after the landing?

I know it is washed out but I don't see any brake lights. Bet he fell asleep after a long working day. Glad he lived, that looks like the impact would be a bitch and then to get hit with the machinery on the trailer would but just the icing on the cake.

Plus they over heated, had a huge turning radius, regularly broke down, were maintenance nightmares and handled poorly.
