I thought Malvo was gonna kill Lou. When he ordered the pie I thought Lou was a dead man. But it makes total sense that he didn't - Malvo kills for a reason. And he gains nothing by killing Lou. Malvo is calculated evil.

I think that's a reasonable assumption and a good call.

If Lester Malvo was his real name, why the hell would he sign it in the hotel registry? Even if they require ID, he clearly could get a fake and probably has several. I loved the scene with Gus and Lester and the green/predator thing. Lester was essentially saying, kid, get your shit togeter.
