I'm definitely going with Homeland since the con plot was a much more central storyline, and conflicted so much emotion the audience was supposed to have invested to that point.

The Gillian set-up story line was not so great…but Boardwalk certainly is beautifully shot. There was some great camera work again this episode - especially having watched this episode in the same day as new The Walking Dead and Homeland episodes.
