There was a good Game Maker’s Toolkit video about how Naughty Dog does stuff to guide people to do certain tasks, like birds flying in the direction where they want you to go (I think it’s called How Drake Navigates without a Compass or something like that.)

I have a PS5, so obviously “yay” but I see the benefits to exclusives. If you didn’t have console exclusives, why would you pick one console over the other? Yeah the PS5's gamepad is pretty awesome, but I’m sure the Xbox has things the PS5 doesn’t.

They watched the first episode of the show Upload, said “That looks sick!” and turned it off and went to work without seeing how the episode ended.

Tried BloodBorne, couldn’t get into it so I’m assuming all of the Souls games. Minecraft? Meh. Pokemon came out right after I was done with Gameboy so I never got into that. I’ve played GTA 3 and 4, but got annoyed before I could finish either. And I don’t think I’ve ever finished a Resident Evil game.

That’s what he gets for hacking a game company. He should have done a more minor crime, like killing protestors, and then he would have gotten to be a guest political commentator on cable news.

Only thing I have that plays DVDs is my PS5 and it’s a massive pain. When we want to watch a movie that we own a physical copy of, I always check to see if it’s free on one of the services we have first.

Not a fan of Tesla despite having one in my household (my wife’s) but I feel like this is akin to recalling Tide Pods because people keep eating them. If you’re behind the wheel of a car, you need to be paying attention.

Never played Kingdom Hearts, but I did see the movie Wish this weekend with my 4 year old. To say it’s a shared universe is a huge stretch. It is an original story (one where the higher ups obviously said “write us a story about wishing on a star, you have 1 day”) with easter eggs tossed about for their other movies.

“Blood, Sweat, and Tears?” Didn’t he work for y’all? That’s not the book’s title.

These days it’s pretty impressive to have a game you can install, not patch, and yet still beat.

Those 4 are what I’m looking at too. I only play one game at a time (still working on Tears of the Kingdom) so my order is going to be Spider-Man, Mario, Mirage, Alan Wake.)

What stupid thing are they gonna name the next one?

Needed a way for Mario to shoot water? Why not have him get a F.L.U.D.D powerup?
