These are called “starter jobs” for a reason. If you are awesome at it, you can go to a more expensive restaurant, and get bigger tips, and wages. Seriously though, it’s not really a hard task, you can learn it in a couple weeks. Every job shouldn’t pay CEO wages.

You know there are other jobs besides waitstaff, right? It’s not like people force you to take that job.
