Not true. Hormone treatments cost much more than Viagra for one soldier. Your comparison is lame. Viagra actually treats a symptom, Johns Hopkins hospital concluded sex reassignment surgery does not treat transgenderism, suicide rates are just as high in post op as they are in pre op numbers.
