My 3G seems to have a problem being connected....it says its connected to rogers via 3G but no data is comming in to my phone unless im on wifi...oh and my battery is still terrible.

How did you land an upgrade for the 12 month mark? the bastards are telling me that hardware upgrades are every 30 months now (most of the contract) they charged me an additional 300 to upgrade to the 4S..."the early upgrade fee"

Ive waited a full week now for my "Pre-Reserved" iPhone4S from Rogers...and still havent received it...They are by far a horror story in every category...Im locked down with a contract of 3 years...bail is about 1200.
