I guarantee my local Subway will still demand I sign. They’ve made me sign whenever I’ve use apple pay in the last year. Of course these kids aren’t even smart enough to make a sandwich right most of the time.

Some states are community property states. If one spouse dishonestly runs up debt without the other’s knowledge, both are still on the hook. What it comes down to in for the OP, is her husband is dragging them into financial ruin. Unless he changes, she goes down with him.
Just tip your server well when the kid makes an inevitable mess.
Our front load washer kept clunking out with a motor speed error. The code suggested the motor might be bad, but I ruled that out using my multi-meter. Zero sources on the web had anything helpful for my situation, and it’s just old enough to be on the bubble for replacement. I ended up ordering a motor control unit…
Interest rates and inflation tend to rise and fall in tandem, though there is lag in the processes. The cost of borrowing (i.e interest rate) is offset by wage increases (i.e. inflation). We’re still very low side of interest rates, so you’re fine to buy right now. Buying only becomes worrisome if you get locked into…
I’ll counterpoint this. When the fiduciary rule took effect, my Edward Jones advisor demanded I come to his office to make some changes. One of them being agreeing to a new monthly fee to compensate him for the new rules. In my case, the advisor used the new requirements to pad his pocketbook without providing any new…
Cardpool has them at 21% off.
Just my personal experience, but I’d use a small independent financial advisor for your Roth IRA. My IRA was originally set up with an advisor I liked at the local branch of a national company. She left a few years later, and the new guy started getting pressure to increase the accounts and services he was selling. My…
I work for a place that only considers raises after annual reviews, and even then, it’s usually just cost of living. One year, I single handedly doubled profit in a product line. It was addressed and lauded in my review, but when raises were announced a few weeks later, I saw the same miserly 1% as everyone else. I…

Nearly the same here. I can get a generic near substitute for almost anything at the nearest Wal-mart, or I can get exactly what I want shipped from Amazon –often arriving the next day. My small city is growing leaps and bounds in residential housing, but we aren’t getting any more non-restaurant retail shops because…
I’ve started to see some really nice looking products that incorporate a charging mat. Look at this one: https://smile.amazon.com/Ampulla-Bluetooth-Speaker-Wireless-Stepless/dp/B076Y5X97Y/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1520351822&sr=8-1&keywords=tree+charging+lamp

WHOOhoo! I’m in the 52! Suck it 48 percenters.
Have you ever done Italian sausages or maybe some brats?
Edit: someone already posted this thought.
I actually had to do that for a few years when my company announced they weren’t offering the discretionary match during the recession. When the match was reinstated, I kept contributing to the Roth in addition to the the 401k because the Roth returns were so much higher.
Does anyone actually have control over 401k plan fees? I’m not talking about fund fees, but I feel helpless to impact my employer sponsored plan. It’s a family owned company, so very few in management have business or accounting degrees.
Pretty much. 5 of 6 were born using birth control. I credit The gap between #4 & #5 50% to zero energy for intimacy and 50% to doubling up on both barrier and chemical birth control for a significant portion of that time.
Living in a more rural area of the country keeps costs down. Housing here is only about $113/sqft. If we were living in New York or LA, I’m sure we’d need much higher income.
