Raptor resale is currently great. It seems to have bumped since the pause between updates and lack of v8 so far. My 2013 is still valued within ~15% of what I paid 4 years ago.

I 100% disagree. Mistu will undoubtly have this at 10k less (possibly even deeper) than the Limited Highlander. This will be a great option if you want plug in capability as well as 4wd with a 3rd row.
