@Method320: Throw your computer bag over your shoulder like you are a guest, go to the front desk and ask them for an access code. Never been refused or asked to show a key. Any Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn or any other limited-service hotel. Higher priced places will charge.

Hotels are great. I often use the WiFi at the local community college; just pull into the parking lot and grab a signal. The local TCBY franchise used to have free WiFi, but they got rid of it.

@jetRink: Like I said, IF you are running high pressure tires, it's useless. 30-35 psi into a road tire and you will be riding on your rims. Probably doable on a mountain bike or hybrid or cruiser. But as someone else mentioned, you're better off with a micro-pump.

@OreoExplosion: Yeah, the radars were aimed north, since that was the Great Circle route from the USSR.

This was our version of this beast, MSR at the Safeguard installation in North Dakota.

@ITCC: In our version of this building, which looked very similar, the "radiators" were actually radar arrays. Small, independently moving radar "dishes" that constantly scanned out to the horizon.

Just means that smartphone users travel a lot. Which makes sense.

@TheStephinator: Just don't log into anything. If you must log in, use HTTPS or VPN. You can still browse, just don't risk giving up log in credentials.

@pinecone99: Yup, mulch 'em up nice and small and they decompose nice and quick.

@pinecone99: Yup, mulch 'em. Chop 'em up nice and small and they decompose nicely.

OK, I live in a small, but affluent town in NC. Because there is a
