I have stomach issues that sometimes lead to big time gas bloating (ew, TMI, I know) and can go from having a relatively flat stomach to looking 5 months pregnant over the course of a couple of hours. I would HATE being famous and having people speculating about my body.

Agree. We were allowed to take out child home to die, in part because all we had to do was bring her home. Her body did the rest. She wasn’t hooked up to machines to exist. Had she been hooked up to life support, she would’ve died in the hospital. I’m forever grateful for her peaceful death.
