Had an episiotomy with first 2 kids. The next 2 I was using a mid wife who discouraged episiotomies. The first one was fine, the last one shut my baby factory down. I tore so badly that I screamed a cried when I peed for over a week. The stitches to fix it were a mess and I had to have them fixed years later.
