Oh god, Ege, I'm so sorry.

Yeah it's either a Tory minority government or a coalition with the DUP now. An extremely unstable and disastrous result for them in any case.

I believe in the pee tape. We all believe in the pee tape.

I didn't watch the Comey testimony, but word is that Comey heavily suggests that the pee tape is, in fact, real.

This is basically people's theory about what *SPOILER ALERT* did with the phone in the prison scene in last week's Twin Peaks, haha.

For the first time in a while, I sympathize with Emily Nussbaum!

The Mekons "The Old Trip to Jerusalem"

Elvis Costello-"Oliver's

That one's always had haters (not me, though), so I couldn't be too offended. The overall placements on that list are just baffling, though.

This is…not good.

Jack is kind of a weak lead but I do like how unlikable they're willing to make him.

Very interesting.

You need not say more *shudders*

There was a promo for this implicitly bragging about Twin Peaks being the original prestige TV show. I like to think of Dougie having to pass through ersatz environments that evoke prestige TV before making it back to the town of Twin Peaks. Come to think of it, Deadwood is literally in South Dakota.

I have to admit, I'd watch the Jacoby show religiously. And I'd buy at least four of those shovels.

It was great. Payed off a reasonable amount of material already while also opening a legion more threads and refusing to play to audience expectations. I liked the use of locations which seem designed to subtly evoke both Mad Men and Breaking Bad, too.

"It is the strength of our communities that gets us through these awful times as London Mayor Sadiq Khan recognizes but which the current occupant of of the White House has neither the grace nor the sense to grasp."

I really should watch it again soon. Love Brad Bird.

I was preparing to get annoyed at you before I clicked the link. I should have had more faith!
