They could still get there. But I don't think they will, or should, necessarily.

Hmmm, I dunno. I don't think he appreciated the extent to which Rebecca liked him before the period in which he was developing feelings for her. I do think the sort of double game he was playing with Rebecca and Valencia was a bad look for him, though.

I don't really ship Rebecca with either, but I usually quite like Josh and don't think he's a douche (except in the cool, Dave esque fashion). That said, he kind of annoyed me at points during this episode. He has some major character flaws to match those of all the other characters.

Greg is so proud of being a fuck up. There's a part of me that pities him, but just barely.

I think anything that felt too final would have also felt wrong. I think there's some ambiguity to the situation now, and that gives the show some necessary freedom for next year.

Yeah, I think the last frame or so was really clever and sets up a strong dynamic for the show going forward. The rest had its up and downs.

It was a little too plot heavy to be a classic, but I think it had both some really funny moments as well as some fairly sensitive character bits. I have some slight reservations about the ending but I think it actually has more potential than the direction I thought the series was going to take next season, if done

Sadly, no!

look, i understand you're concerned by my bizarre and increasingly unsettling behavior. i just want you to know that it's going to all be ok. ok?

ok ok

ok

I really enjoyed the first season for the most part.

We all must strengthen and improve ourselves, body and mind, before the coming war.

Hmm, I thought this was unnecessary, but now I'm extra committed to the whole concept.

That reminds me of when he was forbidden to like the Smiths, lol.

You don't have to tell me twice!

Sorry, Blazer, I got locked out of the chat on your very profound question. Remind me of it soon and I'll answer to the best of my ability.

Alas, it was not that we all defended Swift, but that we were unable to defend ourselves *against* Swift, that has caused this calamity.

Stingo, this is an intervention. I may be a drunken, lazy fool with fringe political beliefs, but this judgement of yours regarding Mr. Jonas is concerning.

That makes the franchise under Abrams sound almost like Pynchon or Kafka. I would approve.
