you mean with you? on second thought, you don't.

Ed Wood?

I would say so. Ed Wood is a close enough competitor. Nothing else is a real rival.

You're banking way too much on Trump remaining a punchline, I think.

No woman with sexual desires of any kind would be faithful to Cruz.

He only deleted it because there was a typo, I think. He posted a rephrased version that basically said the same thing.

Trump seems to have done a reasonably good job courting establishment Republicans lately, though not as well as he might wish or need to. Why wouldn't that apply to voters as well, especially with partisanship as high as it is? Kasich could easily be the symbol for his legitimization and acceptance by the party as a

Cruz voters are extremist conservative ideologues, though, and Trump's whole thing is bucking conservative orthodoxy. Carson adds nothing to the ticket and makes the whole thing look even more farcical. Cruz/Kasich could make sense but makes Cruz look like a compromiser, which he doesn't seem to want. That Pikachu could become a very powerful man in a Trump dominated party or faction!

Yeah, Trump's political clingers on are basically going to be an ideologically heterogenous bunch of opportunists. Best to side with him early on if you want to have anything resembling credibility later.

I mean, it doesn't make much sense to us normal humans, but what other shot does Kasich have for national power in the immediate future? Plus, the Trump faction of the Republican party is guaranteed to stick around in some form. A reasonably establishment figure allying with him now could pay dividends in the future,

I don't think I've ever liked Mitt more than when I read that quote.

What do you guys think are the odds Kasich is striving to become Trump's VP? Some of his recent statements and actions make little sense otherwise, and Nate Silver suggested as much.

I have mixed feelings. On the one hand, giving us bits and pieces to remind us of what awaits these characters adds a certain tragicomic weight to everything, as well as a degree of narrative momentum. On the other, it can clash with the very different tone this show achieves compared to its predecessor.

I wrote a short poem about my inability to successfully write a good poem.

I found the opening lines very Frostian, in a good way.

Well, if cartoon Frenchmen are the many French cinephiles who rightfully recognize Lewis's obvious, irrefutable cinematic ability, I'm proud to be a 2D splash of paint. The handlebar mustache is strong, sturdy, and commanding, thank you very much.

Ha, you're the Francophile, and I'm more French than you'll ever be, even without an ounce of French blood in my veins (to my knowledge, at least)!

People cited Jerry Lewis as an example of this, which makes me sad, because I think Jerry Lewis is genuinely a cinematic and comedic genius.

I actually quite like Terrence Malick, though I admittedly found Days of Heaven pretty but not entirely enthralling, and wasn't huge on To the Wonder. Thin Red Line and Tree of Life are quite powerful, in my opinion, though. I also confess to still liking Green Day to a certain extent. "Green Day listening trash" is
