A) I don’t care about paint B) I’ve fixed much worse, compared to an H1 from Quebec that’s nothing.

Ohhh we got some shade over here. I work on European cars for a living. Don’t need to come home to it =)

It’s an SBC. Even if there are issues, it’s nothing a weekend couldn’t fix

With that V8 I don’t think I’d be listening to the radio. But you make a solid point.

Why are people ragging on this so hard? Reliable torque everywhere. Suspension is sorted, car runs. Fix the small rust issue, cover the drivers seat, run some heater hoses. That’s a mostly complete car

Cover the drivers seat and fix the small rust issues and it would be complete. That’s not half lol. That being said, I’d pay 8k max.

I guess I’m an enigma. I don’t shy away from the big projects. I’m about to source another V8 to build outside of the car so when this one goes I can just swap it in lol

My definition of SUV: Ladder frame.

I’m not saying there’s no sweet spot, but if I had known how much I had to replace I would have just bought something else lol. I guess what I’m saying is, if you can find your dream car for cheap, don’t be afraid of high mileage versions.

I’m ok with that

Idk man, the EU has been pretty good at propping up millions of unemployed people. Greece, Italy, Spain come to mind

Nope. 2006 Mustang GT. Older fellow bought it without consulting his wife, drove it for a year, died, and she threw it in the barn until 2011. Interior was mint though

True, but ethanol from the gas sitting in the fuel lines and pump didn’t do me any favors

“Instead of focusing on our bottom line and manufacturing crossovers people want to buy, we should build ridiculous and obscene muscle cars and SUV’s. That’ll get us through the next 10 years”

End the stigma of high miles! I bought a Mustang with 14k miles on it and all the seals were stone. If it’s got 250k someone has been caring for it

Won’t knock ya for what you don’t like. I’m just in it for the silky smooth revs and 9k rpm redline. 250ish hp is good enough for that little car. That’s all im sayin

I do understand the problem some people have with the Renesis. But after watching (and helping maintain) one hit 140,000 miles I think they’re alright

Throw a Renesis in it and call it a day. Rust repair isn’t too bad. Maybe some disc brakes and you’ll have a fun weekend car

My Probe is the perfect blend of two door coupe and hatchback. The trunk is generous, and with the rear seat folded down there’s plenty of room. A very underrated body style indeed

I fell in love with my dads 71'. He sold it while I was in boot camp and I’ve been hunting for it the past 7 years. As the prices of 240's continue to increase I doubt I’ll be able to afford one when I do find it
