i know i want that. i have good eyes, and see the pixels on the 1920x1200 24" screen easily.

Can we get this for ordinary pc screens now? I'd like to not pay around 1000$ for a 30" screen of that resolution, if 24" or something would be available, that would be nice.

no. as adblockers don't just remove the ad (before it gets loaded), but remove the code in the html for displaying the ad, too, resulting in a trimmed down webpage without whitespaces where the ads where.
