The Warriors are such hypocrites. Showboating millennial takes off work early two days in a row, and no one bats an eye.

Did you stop watching the news before November of 2013 or something?
I think that the GOP has been in “scorched earth” mode since 2008. The Democrats are way behind in that sense and, at this point, lack the numbers to effectively do much at all. 2016 was a MESS.
“From a realpolitik perspective, you could argue that some of the justices like RBG and others should have recognized this evolution in the status quo in Congress years ago and retired accordingly, allowing Barack Obama to strengthen the liberal wing of the court at a time when the power to do so existed, when…
Not trying to be hostile (mainly feeling lost and throwing up my hands), but arguing that “this is just the way it is” is kind of condoning a certain kind of behavior that’s toxic.
Out of all the reasons it was stupid and short sighted for liberals/democrats to vote 3rd party or not vote at all in protest of Hillary, the Supreme Court is the biggest and most damaging.
I mean, for games only, sure. But since you get Prime Video and all its content, Prime Music, free shipping on everything, Kindle bonuses, and now Twitch shit, it’s hardly a bad investment. I mean, I’ve been a Prime member since it was ONLY shipping. With all the perks now, it’s one of the best “membership” options…
Seriously - why buy anything from Gamestop when I can pre-order from Amazon, it will be delivered on (or before) launch day, I get rewards points, and I can also pick up some dog treats, an oil filter, shoot n see targets, and a pepper grinder in the same order.
“The only people who pay $99 bucks a year for an awesome service are obv mentally retarded”
It’s 50€ here in France and not only does it include 1 day shipping, but you get unlimited photo storage and Amazon Video. So speak for yourself.
All games on Amazon have a 20% launch discount in addition to free launch-day shipping, so even if you only bought games and didn’t want the hassle of going to the store it could pay for itself. I order a ton on there otherwise, so for me it’s just a perk among the many, but it’s not the worst idea.
I think Best Buy…
I’ve only ever bought new from Gamestop because I wanted the developers to get a cut of the profits. With this, there’s now no reason not to just order things online.
Especially with Prime.
Gamestop: For people who haven’t learned about amazon.com
I think you’d need to understand the antagonistic relationship between this company and Canadians to get it. Bell, along with their main competitor Rogers, are really our only source for Cable TV, Internet access, Cell Phone service, home phones and they also own most of the TV stations(they also, jointly, own the…
Touche.
I’ll be honest, how we’re perceived by the country that elected Donald Trump doesn’t really weigh too heavily on my mind.
Depends on when you see modern time as starting. If you go back to the 70's you have the EPA and some social welfare programs.
Especially since they continued to reflexively vote for GOP candidates who are union busters, take away the rights of workers, and “job creators” who up and leave once they have no more use for them. They can’t say they voted for change AND vote to reelect almost all of the GOP incumbents.
Which is exactly why his election was about much, much more than racism. While Hillary won minorities, overall, her share of the vote declined dramatically, while he got a larger share of the minority vote than Romney, and I think Bush 43 but not 100% on that one. In the midst of the insane racial screeds, he was also…
