Actually, when asked about this both Mercedes and Mazda reps have said to me that when they do their consumer market testing that all the regular Joes and Janes actually WANT it to look like an iPad. They “greatly” prefer it over the integrated look. Personally, I think it’s just so that when they do a midcycle

I’m pretty sure the point of the article is “Don’t assume your title will arrive quickly like I did.”

Just want to clarify because I and other Cars.com staffers were on the thread, that we pay our way for airfare and hotels and don't accept gifts either. Items like a pen and notepad are acceptable. I'm not stating that as a slam at journalists who do take the trips, just want to clarify it for the record since the

With the exception of a few remaining American and Chinese consumers, the idea of the sedan is largely dead and automakers are scrambling to respond.

Forester is rated at 32 mpg hwy. Impreza 36 mpg hwy. Not sure why this is seen as a win?

A glimmer of hope? That $1,000 fuel card trick is wooing buyers, as VW of A reported to AN that diesel powered cars were 27% of the brand's total sales.

Sort of...but with the addition that there are more expensive cars to be had is another big factor. The range of available affordable cars hasn't fluctuated that much, nor their total sales. The range of luxury cars has changed greatly in the past decade and the luxury segment has seen far more growth in total sales

This average price thing is soooo misunderstood.

So the 303 number is itself kind of meaningless, but what it portends is not. It's becoming clear that GM and the government likely missed a lot of information and that the death toll is way more likely to rise — how far we can only speculate — than it is to fall.

This is far from what was actually going on with the parking folks and I assure you has nothing to do with the journalists.

The point of most of the turbo fours tested isn't to do better than a NA four cylinder it's to replace a V-6 in the lineup like in the case of the Sonata and Escape. I haven't read the CR piece yet but I would hope that was mentioned.

Of course. I also work for a company with a purple logo. Purple shirts. Purple walls. So yeah, the $200K Bentley wouldn't be a problem at all.

I'd think they'd at least try an Ecoboost engine. Perhaps the aero flaps portend the thriftier 2.0 though that is so nice in the new Fusion...

I'd say the White Sand Beige on the 2011 Kia Sorento I reviewed. I have to think the negatives I had to say about this paint color in the review and video are the reason it is no longer offered on the 2013 Sorento. http://www.cars.com/kia/sorento/2011/expert-reviews/

Well the 28,500 figure isn't just 2013 it includes the 2012s that were being heavily discounted in June. Looking at some data from our fastest selling story my guess 1 in 6 were 2013s.

Hopefully you're not seeing this as rampant on Cars.com. I just did a search for all used BMW 3 Series in the country, 19,436. It looks like 8 are showing up as FWD. I'll forward your concerns to our product team though especially since there are a few hundred "unknown" drivetrains. We list drivetrain in our

Also we need a new photographer at Cars.com if you know anybody...

Funny, I just filed my Boss 302 review this week and I'd totally agree it wins here. M3 would be close second and the one it would be hardest not to buy. CTS-V is still good but not better than these two.
