Yeah, it's a shame the earlier part of the season was done the way it was. I feel like this arc could have been interesting if they fleshed it out more. Like flashbacks to winn's time during the occupation, flashbacks to bajoran's history with the prophets, stuff about where Dukat is coming from, etc.
