The comment about first class passengers not playing by the same rules is ridiculous and classist. I grew up very poor, a first generation son-of-immigrants, and I travel often for work, so I’m typically upgraded due to frequent flyer programs and hardly ever pay for an actual business class seat. I followed the

Comfort+ and the extra legroom seats make no difference - it’s the seat width that’s the issue, and all of those seats are similar.

Thank you!

Omg give me a break. Did you actually watch the Chapelle special? The fun police isn’t comfortable with sarcasm I guess.

Cause is unknown? Pretty sure it’s obviously sheer and utter stupidity.  At least they didn’t kill anyone else.

Hey, at least the previous renters users a condom 💦

It is weird. I’m not yet ready to adopt an electric vehicle because I can’t wait around for 30-45 minutes on road trips to charge up, but this type of plug-in hybrid would be perfect — I can plug in when possible, say on short commutes, to avoid using fossil fuels, but then still enjoy road trips without the

I don’t know if a VW is a good idea, given he’s had a super reliable Honda that has lasted him 300k miles (impressive!) and that my two friends with VW’s were both left stranded by their cars when they had under 70k miles on them.

You always eat depreciation on a car...a car is a depreciating machine, not an asset class like real estate, stocks or bonds. You get utility out of the car by using it for transportation, not “investing” in a car. The most economically efficient way to drive a car is to buy a gently used, reliable car, and drive it

That is absolutely not true. I work in finance and the numbers for leasing make sense if you like predictability and having a new car.  I’m able to be in a new $30,000 car every 3 years with zero down and paying $275 a month.  The only way to get that low of a car payment is to buy a $30K car when it’s 5 years
