A point of contention here: a meta-analysis is not automatically the truth. ESPECIALLY a meta-analysis of observational studies, as would be used in this evidence report. Just a few important questions: what confounders did each included study adjust for, how much heterogeneity was there, did each study use the same

It probably means that you have stopped getting any taller.

When you read the linked study, it says things like: 8/9 studies reviewed showed positive associations between alcohol intake and premenopausal breast cancer — sounds scary, but it goes on to say that in only two studies was that association statistically significant and in two more it was borderline significant

“It’s hard to prove that anything causes cancer for sure”

Then you should change the title of the post to, “Just a Reminder: Alcohol Can Cause Cancer”. Unless you’re just looking for clicks.
