I normally ignore the greys but this deserves a response. The first 2 years of Trump’s presidency, the GOP controlled the House and the Senate. Their accomplishments during that time amount to a whole lot of smoke show. Lots of hand waving without any real major accomplishments.

Well if that ain’t getting caught between a rock and a pile of shit..

Emma went ahead and bought her car back because of how slow the judicial process is going due to #1) the pandemic and 2#) that being how it is designed to work.

BRZ was $30k when it first came out in 2012 or so, I highly doubt in 2020 with much higher prices they’d start a 4 cylinder at anywhere under $35..

All I’m asking is that they got rid of dumb Mr. Bean door handles

There’s plenty of excellent kinja users with zero experience that can write well enough to meet the requirements. Why block them with an arbitrary ‘5 years experience required’ clause?

I have seen a number of Iterations of Kiss from the original band thru no makeup different lineups etc. Always a solid show but nothing fresh for a long time. What’s interesting is that Ace Frehley was booted from the band and he has put out the most interesting solo material of any of them. Vinnie Vincent is a

God. A car I don’t want, painted up in tribute to a band I don’t like, being offered for a price I’d never pay.

Rabid KISS fans should be darted from helicopters, inoculated, tagged and tracked.

Counterpoint....

If you didn’t garage it for 20 years you’d need to be seen driving it.

It looks like a goldfish painted up like Paul Stanley.

Honestly, all that makes the car worth even less to me. Not only do I find KISS unpleasant to listen to, but trying to preserve the signatures and whatnot would basically render the car useless.
Oh yeah, and it’s a Countryman.

The gamble that this could be “worth something someday” isn’t worth garaging it for 20 years. Also, my guess is that the “rabid KISS fans” segement of the population is shrinking rapidly.

The biggest flaw of this base design hasn’t changed since the in-depth look into VTOL in the 50s.... exposed rotors and their potential of meeting a human carcass.

I disagree about the face. Early ones in the US were pretty decent looking, later ones had a very acceptable 80s vibe.  GM didn’t have bad styling in the late 70s and early 80s. They had bad cars.

I’d have been there like...

It’s weird how people seem to forget they are private property.

I guess Alaska is the right place to find a snowflake. White and melts easily.

“What’s the point of that, I wonder? I mean, I see how they did it, I just don’t get the why...”

The no less adorable solution that is more practical, although only slightly is get a semi trailer and tractor, specifically one of these.
