I’m management so I have a say.  When we give gift cards it has always been a local grocery chain or fuel cards.  These days, it’s almost always the grocery option as they also have branded fuel stations.  Everyone needs to eat and if this gives them extra cash, they can spend it as they see fit.

Not for me, but picture it with MAGA flags.... It would be the hit of the Villages. The owner could play Bigfoot and crush golf carts.

Nice one Rob! Go for that 100% No Dice to end a No Dice year. This offers no possible path to an NP vote. This is a quick way for people seeing you driving this to say look at that tool. No Dice at $5600.

5600 should be the correct price.

Correct answer... followed closely by Hell no.

I’m not sure that investing in making sure people get gas anytime, anywhere they want is part of the corporate look I’d go for, but what do I know!

Most people are pegging post-COVID work from home at 15-25%. Pre-pandemic was ~8%. Post Covid wfh will increase 2-3X, but you are correct the piece of the pie will remain small.

Needs more stars.  He’s one of the world’s non-funny people making money at something for which he is terrible.  I only stopped to read this hoping the headline meant he was finally leaving SNL.

I have friends who owned one of these. Nice people with a bad taste in vehicles. They squeezed 300K out of theirs. As for this one with 235,000 miles and the body damage, this is a $4-5K truck. Someone got a good deal.  Easy NP.

By 2022, Cadillac will have cut its U.S. retail network roughly in half since 2008, when it had more than 1,400 stores. Nearly 500 disappeared shortly after GM’s bankruptcy, many terminated involuntarily.

I would have made the person walk the gauntlet of all the delayed passengers.

Yes, their design standards have fallen significantly.  The S was gorgeous.  Now it seems outdated and off the Tesla radar screen  The cars since have ranged from bland to unattractive.  The Cybertruck is a new low.

Here’s a video of the car for sale. It’s listed on Hemmings for $12.5k obo. Here’s a pitch for it in August. It looks like the market is saying ND.

It’s interesting, but not worth the money. I would need to replace the wheels and exhaust. I expect it rides like a bounce house on those wheels. I would also want to know what it looked like before the paint. What condition was painted over. There’s a lot of money thrown in this. I can’t believe the wife said “Well

I am not sure that what America really needs is more people at work in factory jobs, but I’m also not exactly sure our economy is set up for any alternative.

I was out shoveling the walk the other morning and an old ‘60's Scout with a half cab and a smaller plow went by.  It was great to see an old machine still out doing work.

I always liked this configuration although they were rarely seen. This one looks like it has lived a rough life. It’s at the low end of a clean version of this model with these miles, but the interior is sending warning flags to me. It looks beat for a Lexus.
