In the MidWest 7-11 has taken over management of BP stores. I never thought BP stores could get worse, but they have  under 7-11 branding. The rebranded 7-11's tend to be nasty dirty with staff that doesn’t care. I’ve been in a few in the Spokane area with the same impression.
