So who can explain the excavator tractor on the wall of aircraft kills. Also I see lots of photos or fighter aircraft with a folded flag on the instrument panel shroud. Is there a meaning behind this beyond just carrying the flag?

Couldn't it accept up to 20 missiles if you used the 1 and 9 stores and doubled up pylons in photo 1 with the doubled up pylons in photo 2? Is there a limitation because of the command control facilities within the F-15?
