My Avalon isn’t what I’d consider “really fancy stuff,” and it has all four auto.

I wish I had this feature when my (then new) truck was keyed down to the metal from headlight to tail light on one side. The repair cost to insurance was over $2000.

Honestly, this is a horribly titled article. A treasure trove suggests that the items do not have an owner and belong to the finder. It’s almost an invitation for people to snoop around and mess with the vehicles.

So you’re paying around $35k for these changes over an optioned out “Black Label,” which, since they only did 230 (80 plus 150), comes out to around $8 million.

So you use adaptive cruise, lane keep assist, AND apostrophes differently than most people.

I’m guessing that he was extremely defensive about it when told that he was supposed to use them to change lanes?

I wonder what kind of profit margin, if any, there is at $60k for the base coupe. I’m guessing it’s close to zero.

Remember like 6 years ago, when Boston Dynamics came up with a fairly simple self balancing four legged robot that just kind of walked/hopped around? We were saying the same things then.

My Google was broken yesterday.  It was tragic.

Has to be.

I learned to drive in my mom’s Sequoia, but the largest combo I’ve driven is my F150 or Tundra towing a trailer with the Jeep on it. The Tundra is bigger than than F150 was so I guess that’s the winning combo.

It’s not his question or Brady’s to answer, because it wasn’t either of their decision to get him go. That was someone up in personnel management, not the coaching staff or players.

Ford literally said that the new aluminum Super Duty trucks weigh the same as the previous gen because the 400+lbs in body panel savings went in to features and electronics.

I think someone in his administration came up with it after looking at the cost of things like EGR, catalytic converters, and diesel emissions systems, etc, then added all the parts they could find on Amazon or Google together

Completely agree with you here.

Except that you need a separate license to operate one?

Same reason our TJ Wrangler has harnesses for of road and the original seat belts. The harnesses aren’t road legal.

For not building within our means, as you state, but the root cause is not reproducing within our means.

I’m pretty sure my mom kept all of mine along with all of my dinosaur magazines. I’ll have to check.

Maybe an unpopular opinion here, but the highways are because people need access to a huge number of new homes, because of the huge number of new families, because of the massive population growth. The US population has grown almost 20% in the past 20 years.
