Yes. A friend/classmate of mine in college had an electrolysis unit in his back yard. He had purchased, heavily modified, and installed a hydrogen injection system in his Ranger, and got great mileage on “mixed” fuel. The hydrogen unit was mounted in the bed.

This is basically the only answer that makes sense. Either they thought it was a Prius, or they thought is was an EV.

A co-worker recently bought a General for his farm.  The thing legitimately rips like a RZR, but it has a dump bed, so insurance classified it as a farm implement.
