The thing that has really crippled manuals in my opinion is that they no longer give cars performance cred/advantage. The fastest cars in the world had manuals in the 90's and early 2000's, so having a manual was almost like having trickled down racing tech. Automatic transmissions really were slushy and slow.

The title of the article isn’t exactly accurate. They ommitted a lot. For instance the Scarlet Macaw could have been placed under the Parrots, but they omitted it probably because its population is largely in Northern South America, even though it can be found in Southern North America.

Going to be completely honest here. I forgot to tighten the lug nuts on the front left wheel of the Jeep after doing some work on it. Went to take it for a test spin and heard a clunking noise. As I went to pull over the front left wheel and tire fell off and rolled away into a field.
