@Garion: My TV is capable of accessing the internet ALL by itself. Both of the concepts discussed in the article are already done.

@Cintax: As an editor, I definitely appreciate that the author's phrasing is not technically correct, but I feel the backlash is a little excessive. Author is clearly expressing that the two concepts are, connotatively, oxymoronic.
