you have to level up to gain access to good weapons as well, having a billion dollars does’t really help if you’re level 11.

I haven’t bought a console at launch since ps2. I am not any worse for wear due to it, I even saved money. We no longer live in a day one gotta have it world, everything is buggy at launch and overpriced. FOMO is the only thing driving day one ownership, and you ain’t missing out on anything.
