How about just taking a picture?! Gone is the shutter button press, framed between our crooked index finger and thumb. Now it is merely a point and press with the thumb.

A nice way to spice up the workout is at every 5 min interval throw in 10 burpees, 20 kettle swings, 15 jumping squats, or whatever explosive exercise of your choice!
