HAHAHAHA NO. Also: no.

I saw Videodrome at age ten. That didn’t scar me at all! To be fair, Videodrome is one of my favorites now, but the whole stomach-vagina-slit didn’t sit too well with me back then.

My favorite was always Bulbasaur since Red as well, and I finally got a Bulbasaur tattoo last year, albeit with some tweaks (it’s a Halloween-themed Pumpkinsaur). I figure 20-plus years of being a fan of a game character is a safe bet that a tattoo is ok.

Dragon Con is still going on as well that same weekend, which usually brings in 80,000-100,000 people. They claim they’re running at reduced capacity (whatever nebulous number that is), and will only sell one day badges online with a cap on how many they sell, but I guess we’ll see how many people actually go.
