That makes sense. In my case, I have absolutely no desire to do serious PC gaming so that isn’t really a consideration; I do have a PC that’s more or less capable of playing games, but it isn’t really built for that (it has a 10th Gen i7 and 64GB of RAM, but only a 1660 Ti) and I do the overwhelming majority of my PC

I haven't touched my ps5 in months.

Just fucking cancel it. Stop stringing us along. At this point, unless it’s a new, genre-defining experience, it’s simply going to disappoint everyone who’s been waiting more than a decade for it.

Just wait, please, don’t pay a scalper, or buy it digitally for $40, fuck these scalping assholes.

In the era of day-1 patches, I don’t understand why people bother with physical unless it’s a special edition where you get maps, figures, etc.

Yep, this is a really strange hill to die on. There is no ethical consumption under capitalism. Your phone was made with borderline slave labor, your existence is destroying the earth, and every dollar you pay in taxes goes to funding war crimes around the world.

Some people have made it their entire identity to attack people who are planning to play this game as bigots or bigot enabling and I just can’t with these people. I’ve donated a not-insignificant amount of my time and money to progressive candidates but im going to enjoy creative mediums and I separate art from

From what I’ve seen, a lot of devs are bringing out PSVR2 ports of PSVR1 games, so even if they’re not technically backwards compatible, it looks like you’ll be able to play PSVR1 games on PSVR2.

Exactly, you need the copyrighted assets to compile it. i.e. a rom file of the SNES game. By not including that part they’re trying to stay out of trouble. I believe legitimately reverse engineered code is fine.

Grenades are like RAM. You can never have too much.

Maybe a computer-knower can tell me if I’m wrong, but does this maybe have something to do with the super fast data transfer from the SSD on the PS5? Like, the PS5 is pulling data straight from the disk at times & can get away with less RAM as a result, but because PC setups vary so wildly they’re suggesting you have

Man, I wish it was possible to make the Switch act like every other controller instead of changing other controllers to match the Switch.

Stupidity

I, too, really enjoyed this game. I find the comments here really strange; 90% of the people have not played it, yet they have negative views on gameplay, writing, pacing, and even the gas thing (I don’t think I ever ran out of fuel, or at least not able to find some pretty easily). None of these criticisms are

Days Gone is what you get when you take State of Decay and shove an unlikeable main character into it and take out the base building.

It was an ok game. The reviews weren’t hyper critical. They were decent and so was the game. The story really wasn’t anything to write home about. The biggest issue I had was how the developers allowed the gameplay and story to stagnate for long periods of time before introducing a new or different mechanic. I

I completely agree. I’ve completed it twice, and also bought it on PC. The combat is good and satisfying, the stealth feels good as well, and the vehicle handling is pretty good, as is the upgrade system for it. I also got really into the story. It felt like a better version of the Walking Dead tv show for me. I

Days Gone will be one of those games that will become better with age in the collective.  I see it every generation - a game is released to hyper critical review, people agree with the reviews, then people start actually giving it a shot and the popular opinion slowly shifts.  By this time next generation, Days Gone

What is with you people and your atrocious love for Resident Evil IV? This was pretty much the beginning of the end for the series. It’s what ultimately led to Resident Evil VI. Sure to each their own and all, but come on...how is Resident Evil IV everyone’s favorite these days? It’s not scary, the puzzles are
