Why does JJ Abrams hate space? Both in his Star Trek and Star Wars movies there aren’t a lot of space scenes. It’s always in the atmosphere with this guy.

“ and when he dies someone has to rev one up?”
“If she’s a clone, she’s likely not based on Luke. If anything she could be based on Anakin”
Yeah, I was wondering that myself. I guess they figure a live action remake of a Disney movie doesn't need to be historically accurate, which is a fair point, but it's still odd to see. Anyway, the movie looks cute enough, I'll probably give it a shot.
“I’m not sure Disney has that stipulation.”
Alfre Woodard, she was both in Luke Cage and Age of Ultron. Different characters though.
That gif is never not funny.
These people are insufferable hacks and I can't believe they both ruined Star Trek and Star Wars for me.
I was also wondering that, and I've read online it was the kid from Iron Man 3.
Amazing!
Let's just agree to strongly disagree.
I mean, like I said, if they wanted total creative freedom and avoid any kind of canon complaints from fans, they could and just should have had Discovery take place in the far future. The first episode could have been the 23rd century ship fly into the wormhole if they really insisted on that classic vibe.
Counterpoint: canon is important. Harry Potter, Star Wars, Star Trek, Lord Of The Rings, etc, they all have their own universe, characters, history and rules.
Has there been an explanation yet for why her name is Michael?
Pretty much exactly how I felt afterwards. It wasn’t bad or anything, but it definitely wasn’t all that great either.
I’m honestly wondering how much it would cost (assuming you already have the car and parts) to have a coach building company turn a sedan into an estate. One guy in Sweden already did just that, using the rear hatch from an Opel Insignia station wagon.
“However, the biggest problem is it sets up such a curious, cool story that when you get to the end, there’s really no wholly satisfying way for it to pay off.”
If you’re a dangerous hitman and someone breaks into your house and kills your puppy, you kind of just have to go out there and take out every single last person responsible, with extreme prejudice.
There’s a couple that in fact did make it into private hands!
“How come every reboot of a famous cartoon, Duck Tales and She-Rah for example, the animation gets dumbed down in this wacky style?”
