Exactly. Glad to see that the first comment I see is one that immediately addresses that level of hyperbole!

Oh I can for sure see why kids love it. In that sense Disney did brilliantly, they really relaunched the franchise for a new generation.
Yep. He is so badly cast it’s honestly baffling.
I’m honestly curious: did they not like Star Wars until TFA? If they didn’t, that is super weird. Why would they not like it, but then suddenly dig it after TFA? If TFA was their first Star Wars exposure, well, in that case it genuinely does not matter - they would have loved Star Wars no matter what movie or show…
One of the most widely disliked things of the OT are the cute ewoks. Why go down that route again? Merchandise, of course. Ships, action figures, lunchboxes, socks, whatever, you name it.
I’m truly surprised the internet is now so infatuated with the Porgs. They seem like such an obvious, cynical attempt to wrestle minion-like cuteness into the franchise, just to make money on merchandise. People can be shockingly fickle.
Motherfucking genius!
It’s kind of baffling to me how the article doesn’t talk about this at all.
The T1000 is one of the scariest antagonists of all time. An unstoppable relentless enemy that keeps chasing you no matter what you do.
Right?! Plus I think he kind of looks like him too. They could be father and son! But hardly anyone ever points it out, which makes me think maybe I’m crazy and / or completely wrong! So I’m thrilled someone else noticed.
Right?! For that amount of money it should at least strike a dramatic pose or something.
If you drive a Tesla Model S or X, aren’t you more likely to *be* the boss?
Nope, TomorrowWorld is (was) also the name of the Georgia festival.
“By the same logic, shouldn’t you wait to see the show before commenting on it?”
“You said “correct me if I’m wrong” and then argued with everyone who tried to correct you.”
I see. I guess that still makes sense given what I heard. In any case,as horrible as rape obviously is, isn’t it kind of a given that it would be a part of such a medieval, cruel world, strictly narratively speaking? I just don’t understand the controversy. Tons of horrible things happen to tons of characters, because…
That’s not entirely how I interpreted it. Besides, he *did* betray her and her family. Also, Sansa got her sweet revenge on Ramsey, so she ended up on top. Also - where was the outrage when Theon was horrifically tortured for what felt like a full season? Yet one off screen act of violence committed by a psycho…
I was under the impression that the source material was a *lot* more gruesome and (sexually) violent than the show. For one thing, isn’t Dany like 13-ish in the books? Even if I’m completely wrong here, I still haven’t seen anything in Game Of Thrones that gave me pause. It’s a violent show about violent stuff…
7Having never read the books, I was told that a lot of really gruesome stuff (violence of the “regular” and sexual kind) was not translated to the screen, because so much of it is unfilmably horrible, American Psycho style. Was I misinformed?
The controversy about Sansa and Ramsey baffled me. I know, it’s old news now, but I saw that episode months after all the controversy, which had led me to believe there was going to be a gruesome and horrifyingly graphic rape scene.
