Trump is forcing the military to boycott the NFL over the protests. It isn’t that hard to connect the dots. He thinks he is doing them a favor.

Moreover, as a nonessential employee, Blake Bortles will also not be available for tomorrow’s game.

Oh god those fucking commercials. I remember a majority of them being OpSec related.

“They should be out there defending my our country and not sitting on their asses watching TV.”

Settled it then. Keep everything closed through Sunday at least. If they have another avenue to watch it 2 Sundays from now, keep everything closed through February 4th. Fuckers deserve it

When I was stationed in England, SkySports also carried two NFL games. Sometimes they were not the same games as AFN, giving me as many as four to choose from. Never had that kind of choice again.

I was actually thinking that with the NFL so deeply intertwined with the military, if the troops can’t see the games, do they really happen?

Too lazy to look up the voting results. But based on the current and former military folks I know...I’m not gonna feel bad about this. It’s what they voted for.

A sorry substitute?

Fuck Drumpf with the wide end of the football

The government is on its knees and disrespecting the troops. Sad!

If the NFL loves the troops as much as it claims, they could probably figure out a way to cover costs for the broadcasts.

Trump will tell them that everybody took a knee, nobody cares about them but him, and that he can guarantee it will never happen again if they join Trump Army.

You just know that somehow Colin Kaepernick is behind this.

I’m stationed overseas, but not at a FOB or other remote location. I’ll fire up the VPN and watch online. The govvie shutdown does have the added benefit of killing AFN commercials.

OVERRATED SHOW.

This guy seems like a real pill.

All of Jacksonville is a living Lynyrd Skynyrd museum.

Jacksonville is the largest city in America by the “measure that counts,” according to geographers—total land area, rather than population.

It’s competing for funding with the Limp Bizkit museum.
